Lynn Barrington has established herself as a prominent leader in the entertainment industry with vast experience spanning several decades. She began her career as a Director of Publishing in Nashville's music publishing arena, gaining a solid reputation for her bold vision and intuitive ability to identify hit songs.
After moving to Los Angeles, her passion for acting later led her to transition into the film and television industry. She was enticed go back into the business side of the industry, to team as a consultant to the Senior VP of Business & Legal Affairs.at MGM. During her tenure there she gained valuable skills on how to sell and buy major movie catalogs, aiding in the successful closing of two iconic deals- Ted Turner's acquisition of MGM/UA in March 1986 and the repurchase of United Artists by Kirk Kerkorian for $480 million.
After leaving MGM, Ms. Barrington applied her knowledge in various industry roles for MCA Records, Universal Television, and Universal Productions, and also worked as a booking agent for LA authors. She also wrote the bestselling book "Daddies & Daughters," co-authored with Carmen Berry published by Simon & Schuster. She later worked as President of Nu-Star Investments in Dallas for six years, overseeing all investment banking opportunities for the company and working with high-achieving firms and individuals.
After returning to Nashville, Ms. Barrington then ventured into commercial real estate. At the same time, she was hired, as President of her other company, Sokor Media by the President of Christian Broadcasting System in South Korea. Under her leadership, Sokor Media is now a leading film distributor in South Korea and has expanded into the International Market, producing trailer music for "His Only Son" and "Sound of Freedom" for Angel Studios in 2023.
Her vast network and industry connections led her to meet Michael Hingson and obtain the option for the #1 New York Times Best Seller, "Thunder Dog," which she is now producing through Not By Sight with Chuck Howard.

Chuck Howard established himself as a highly accomplished producer and publisher of Country Music, achieving record-breaking success in his career. He rose to prominence as a Record Executive, overseeing the development of releases that dominated the market for nearly a decade.
During his tenure as Sr. VP at Curb Records, he was instrumental in elevating the label's Billboard ranking from #13 to #1, a record that still stands today, as it remained in the top spot for three consecutive years.
Mr. Howard's prolific achievements as a Producer and Music Publisher include the following notable highlights from his tenure with Warner Brothers, Capitol, and Curb Records:

In 2010, Mr. Howard turned his attention to music video production and, subsequently, film production. His inaugural movie, "Decision," was made with a budget of $50,000 and returned over $600,000. This initial success presented Mr. Howard with an opportunity to gain experiential knowledge in the film industry, which he subsequently utilized to produce several self-funded films, including "Luke-Warm," "Changing Seasons," "A Matter of Time," "11 Seconds," "Online," and "Forgiven." Several of his films have been released to critical acclaim, resulting in a respectable profit. A few others are being held back for the launch of an SVOD app presently under development.
In 2016, he released "I'm Not Ashamed" in collaboration with Pureflix, generating $2 million in box office receipts and an additional $2 million in ancillary sales. It was nominated for the Gospel Music Association Movie of the Year. Pureflix and Mr. Howard subsequently joined forces to produce a series of films, including "Prayer Box" and "Bethlehem Ranch," both of which will be featured on Pureflix's SVOD platform as Originals.
Mr. Howard's most recent accomplishment as Head Producer/Writer/Music Producer/Distributor was the theatrical release of "Beautifully Broken" in August 2018. The film has since earned $1.2 million at the box office, and estimates suggest that its ancillary sales will likely double that amount. Lynn Barrington, Producer, shared the story with Mr. Howard about Michael Hingson and he jumped on board to produce the project.. Together they established Not By Sight to bring this singular, compelling story to the public.
Joan Tankersley, a Nashville-based Associate Producer, has been a catalyst in Entertainment for over three decades. Her early career as an award-winning Creative Director in the music industry led to work across the US, Mexico, and Europe. In addition to this foundation, she has worked as a production designer for feature films, a wardrobe supervisor for multiple global productions, and, ultimately, a multi-camera director and production company partner in the luxury market.

As a Live Broadcast Concert specialist, she’s worked with the BET Network, the NFL Super Bowl, and the Ryman Auditorium to produce engaging concert performances in multiple genres. As a film Sales Agent, she has secured distribution for a series of feature docs from a French filmmaking group and led the marketing initiatives for their successful US release.
Her entertainment marketing strategies have propelled numerous films, concerts, and music artists to success over the decades. She brings a wide range of experience to the producer’s circle.
